Thank you 🙂 They did taste wonderful! Maybe not the best thing to eat before running a half marathon, but hopefully will at least motivate me to run a little after eating a couple! Thanks for checking out the post! 🙂

Oooh these look amazing!! I love the Cooking Classy blog, too. So many wonderful main and dessert recipes. And everything I’ve made from her blog has turned out fabulously.
I looooooove lemons and the only thing I usually make with them is lemon tart (delicious with fresh strawberries on top in the summer….Mnnn!), so I’d really like to expand my lemon repertoire lol. I’ve never made lemon cookies before, these sound delicious and easy to make, too.
I mightgive them a try with my gf flours and let you know how they turn out…in case there are other celiacs/Gluten-intolerant folks like me interested in trying these.
Hope you’re having a great start to spring 😀

I would love for you to try these with GF flour! I have a couple of friends with celiac disease so I would love to hear how they turn out! Send me a pic and let me know how it goes! I do love lemon anything…and I have a fabulous lemon pound cake recipe on here as well!
Looks like you are enjoying traveling! I love reading about your adventures!! Happy spring to you as well!

These look really good. i love that you want to teach your daughters how to cook. My mom taught me everything I know about cooking and if I would’ve listened more I would know even more (stupid me, I can’t even say how much I regret that I stopped paying attention in my teenage years). Anyway, once we move out don’t want to live off ramen noodles (unhealthy) or takeout (expensive) we need to cook ourselves so I found it really good to have some skills and your daughters will probably appreciate it as well!

Thanks Johanna! I am enjoying being in the kitchen and cooking and learning more myself each time I am in the kitchen! I do hope my girls are challenged and it has been fun seeing them get excited about baking for others! Thanks again and I will continue to peek at your site!
