Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients:
1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
1/2 C butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of each color sprinkles (red/white/blue)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, melt butter.  Stir in cake mix.  Add beaten egg and extract. Stir in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Roll cookie dough into small ball.  Gently smash with palm of hand or spoon.
Bake 8-10 minutes.  Allow cookies to finish baking for another 5 minutes after you take them out of the oven.
