Cake Pops

Ingredients:
1 box of favorite cake mix (requires eggs/oil/water)
1 can of Cream Cheese frosting
1 package of white chocolate bark
Cute Sprinkles
Toothpicks
Wax paper or silicone sheet
Instructions:
Bake cake according to package directions
While still warm, crumble cake into large bowl
Mix with 1 can of Cream Cheese frosting (mixing is easiest with spatula)
Let cool (you can put in freezer for 20 minutes for faster results)
Once cooled completely, roll mixture into quarter size balls and lay on cookie sheet
Chill for an hour or two (or overnight) in fridge or freezer for faster results
Melt chocolate in microwave according to directions on package
only melt few chocolate squares at a time to prevent burning
Stick toothpick into cake pop at least half way in and dip into white chocolate until covered
Let excessive chocolate drip off then place on wax paper
Immediately sprinkle with favorite colors and flavors
You can serve as is, or serve with cake pop stick inserted
Add ribbons to sticks for something extra
